Great service and attention to detail. They helped me by providing different options that suited my needs, and upon my decision, they assisted me in negotiating the deal, given that I had multiple options.I live out of state, so I conducted my closing remotely. Quickly, she took care of everything for me with her great team. The closing was smooth and no hiccups guided me through the whole process, which was a first for me in Florida.Highly recommended.

I met Kym while I was still living in Colorado back in 2021 when the market was crazy and people were paying a fortune over their asking price. I am moving from Shore Acres and what I have learned is, the best thing you can do is have an agent that is from the neighborhood as she is an absolute expert in this area. She is world class in everyway. I have purchased 12 homes in total so far and she has given me some tips and tricks for my home sale that I would have never thought. Who you hire absolutely matters. She works her heart out and goes above and beyond to garner the most amount of attention for your home sale. She is also, incredibly talented in negotiating and finding the absolute best home for you to buy. It just takes open communication to share your needs, wants and desires. If you want a tremendous agent that will be there for you year after year and transaction after transaction, you can't go wrong with Kym Coyle.
