Kristine did an amazing job finding and getting us a home in Anacortes. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. Our journey started with Kristine taking us on a tour of the Anacortes area and providing in-depth descriptions of the neighborhoods and their characteristics. Kristine is truly amazing – personable, cheerful and upbeat and at the same time highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive and fully dedicated to providing the best service for her clients. It has been an absolute delight working with her and her team in our recent house purchase. Our situation was particularly complicated as we were looking to move to Anacortes from overseas but Kristine readily mastered the time zone and communication challenge to ensure a smooth and successful process for us from our initial search efforts through to closing. Even after closing, Kristine has continued to support us in finding painters and other contractors. We have been incredibly impressed! We highly recommend her.

Kristine is very responsive, knows everything and everyone in Anacortes and the surrounding area, and is very easy and pleasant to work with. We were living a few hours away and she was great at answering our questions or finding the answers for us, saving us from making unnecessary trips. We communicated using texts, emails and phone calls depending on the information needed. Her team is also great with paperwork and closings.We highly recommend Kristine to anyone looking for real estate help in Anacortes and Skagit County.
