I will never use or recommend Petruzzelli Inc to anyone. Dominic and his team seriously breached my sale contract through their negligence and misrepresentation during and after the my sale. They mishandled very important paperwork and because of this Dominic chose to use derogatory comments towards me. Their unprofessionalism caused a severe loss of irreplaceable items and a financial hardship on my family. After closing Dominic realized they failed to follow through on a planned 10-Day rent back but the damage was ireversable and Dominic felt it was appropriate to degraded me making light of ithe situation they caused, and afterward I strongly believe Dominic tried to bribe me for silence because of their negligence. If you choose to use this reality do so with extreme caution.
