Listed and sold a home • Ranch Fairview, TX • 2014

Kevin sold my mother's home in Heritage Ranch. He went over and beyond any realtor that we have ever used. With my mom's age at 80, he was very good with explaining all the details of the contract. He even went over before showings to help her get her house in order. The first day it was shown twice and we had two offers. He worked hard into the following day for us. We ended up selling for $10,000 more than the asking price. We will definitely use him for all of our real estate needs!

Mr. Kernan is the type of agent one would want to help you buy or sell a house. He is highly skilled in the real estate process.
