Kerry was great! She found us the property that we ultimately purchased on the first set of listings she sent us. Visits were quick and we settled on the home on our only trip to Kalamazoo when we were looking. Negotiations and all follow up were above and beyond our expectations!! We needed to buy a house and buy a house quick. Working with Kerry was a blessing. The process can be a very stressful time and she was able to allow us to make the decisions that were right for our family. And when I needed her advice, she was right there to lead us the right direction. She was very patient while looking at multiple houses on the same day (multiple days as well) and my kids running and screaming though each “new playground”. I strongly recommend her services as she is very knowledgeable about the industry, has great negotiation skills, easy to communicate with, and a great individual to work with.
