Katie was awesome. She found this home for me and now helped me sell it. She went above and beyond, made everything so easy and really looked out for me and worked so hard to get my home sold as quickly as possible and for a great price. She was just so helpful and easy to work with. It’s like working with a friend, which is what she is to me. She has given me great advice and I’m grateful for everything she has done. Katie and Sheri recently handled the sale of our home and we could not have been more satisfied. We first met with Katie over a year before selling and during that time she did not pressure us but simply checked in a few times which we appreciated. When we did decide to sell Katie gave us simple but very effective instructions for preparing our house for showings. Her team of professional photographers did an amazing job capturing each room of our home which helped to attract buyers. Our house sold in 5 days for over the asking price. Throughout the selling process Katie's instincts and strategy were spot-on and communication with her was excellent. She is not only highly experienced and professional but also trustworthy, kind and honestly fun to work with. Sheri was also so helpful, readily available and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, Katie and Sheri are outstanding real estate professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!
