Danielle was an amazing realtor! She was nothing but kind and helpful as she guided my wife and I through the home buying process. After she got to know us and our wants/needs, Danielle was great at politely recommending that we should not look at certain houses, which helped save us a lot of time. She travelled all around the city (West, East, and South sides) with us as we looked and gave us some great tips once inside the homes. Throughout the entire process, the Chase Group was helpful and made sure we were well taken care of.

I have worked with Matt since 2012. I can confidently call him an outstanding business associate as well as a friend throughout the entire process. Matt and I began scouting real estate in 2012, however my endeavors took my to Arizona. Upon returning to Cleveland in 2015, I knew I wanted to find a home in Rocky River so I contacted Matt. Matt and his team were extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When I found the right home, his team made the entire process very smooth. After living there, Matt continued to be a strong asset, giving me many referrals to grow and expand my exterior mobile cleaning business. in 2020 I am recently engaged and was in a position to sell my home. The Chase group provided concise knowledge to prepare the home for sale. The house was listed in early March and a satisfactory offer was received a week later with a cash offer and expedited close. Again, this process on my end was nothing shy of simplified. I cannot overstate the sense of relief this gave me to have my house sell so quickly and alleviate a financial burden amidst the COVID19 crisis. I highly recommend

I absolutely hate realtors! I guess I should say I used to hate realtors until I met Chris Chase with the Chase Group. The Chase group is part of the Keller WIlliams agency of Greater Metropolitan, so I am told. Luckily I have not had to deal with many agents over the years, maybe a half dozen but WOW, was I shocked at the utter incompetence of those agents. They were all the same and several were from HER. They come in and sell you on the idea of selling your home for top dollar then once you sign on the dotted line all they care about is making a quick buck at your expense. Your wishes, needs and desires are far off in the distance of their rearview mirror once you sign with them. I started my most recent home sale at the end of 2019. I interviewed many agents and this time was not much different than the last time. They all think they are better than everyone else and they want you to pay them top dollar because they think they deserve it. They show you their fancy marketing with charts and graphs but it's all a ploy as their literature is just a clever cover to promote their self serving propaganda. When you ask the right questions you start to get a feel for the reality of what a relationship with the wrong realtor would mean to your bottom line. So many realtors actually only do it part time.Your going to be paying them thousands and thousands of dollars so part timers won’t do. You wouldn’t hire a part time doctor, lawyer, plumber, etc, don't hire a part time realtor. Of those who do it full time, the majority of them have no clue relative to the current market and trends and simply spout out what they have told by whatever broker they are serving. When you take time to explain your situation, desires and concerns about selling your home, you get the dear in the headlight look from them as they really don't care. Your only saving grace as a seller is praying you come along someone like Chris Chase.Chris was the eighth realtor I interviewed and he was the last. Chris could tell right away that I was very uneasy about hiring an agent and he started asking questions that none of the other agents asked in an effort to know me and understand my apprehension. Chris explained the industry he was very passionate to represent and acknowledged that there are rotten apples in the bunch as there is with any industry. Then again Chris did something no other realtor had done, he showed me and explained his success rate. He has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers and probably sold more homes than the previous seven realtors combined. Chris was more concerned with earning my trust than making a sale. He explained the questions I should be asking agents and what to look for. Chris spent ample time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed like the other agents did. I ultimately hired Chris as my agent and I am so glad I did.Chris stood by me through the entire process. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and sold my home at top dollar in just three days, but his commitment to me didn’t stop there. After the inspection several things needed fixed and Chris stepped up and handled everything. I moved myself to another state and had several things left behind that would have required another trip. Chris took care of it, had it packed up and sent to me. He went so far above and beyond the call of duty, I was amazed. Maybe he was trying to make up for the many times other realtors feel far short and wanted me to know there are agents out there with the ability to take it to the next level. That is what he did! Took it to the next level. I will be forever grateful for meeting and using Chris Chase from the Chase Group. I will never call anyone else…Troy

I can't say enough about Matt. As a first time home buyer Matt was there for any questions or concerns I had. It didn't matter what day it was if I had a question he answered it. He knew what I was looking for in a home and he put together a few options for me. We traveled all over the county through different cities and even though I felt like I was being a hassle, Matt never treated me as a client. He treated me like family and a friend. Matt listens carefully and pays attention to his clients preferences. We were thankful for his directness in place of your typical sales pitch. When we started the hunt, Matt took us to look at a variety of houses at a few different price points with the intention of narrowing down what we like and dislike. He closed his mouth and opened his ears. Too many salespeople do not understand this simple concept. The second time we went to look at houses we narrowed it down further and then finally we found the perfect house. I know many people who looked at dozens upon dozens of homes before finding the house. I think this is because they have a realtor that doesn’t listen or pay attention.When it came down to negotiations Matt helped with strategy and although he let me take the lead on offers and counters, he gave good practical advice based on his experience. I am 100% confident that Matt helped get us the best deal.At one point, the seller on a house we ended up not ultimately buying offered Matt a higher commission percentage if he closed us at a certain price. A tempting offer to anyone. Matt instead asked the seller to deduct what the commission increase would have been from the price that we would pay. It was more important to Matt to get us a better deal than to cash a bigger check. Matt is a true real estate professional and has been our advocate from day one. I highly recommend him to friends family and any reader of this review.
