First of all, Katie is the bomb! She was professional and always responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner. She was respectful of my night shift hours and never called me when she knew I was sleeping. She drove all over Knoxville to show us homes whenever we needed. When my first contract fell through, she immediately had an open house, and had our house back under contract within days. She is a friendly, dedicated, awesome person that deserves your business. Katie truly went above an beyond for us when most people wouldn’t put in that much effort. Hire Katie. You won’t regret it!
