Her advices throughout the whole process made anxiety level calmed down with precise and to the point answers. Karen and her entire staff did an amazing job selling our house quickly and painlessly. We were dreading the process but once we found Karen Peters the selling process was very easy and efficient. Karen is very knowledgeable about our local real estate market. From the first day we met her, she had a plan of how to maximize traffic while making sure we reached the best, most qualified buyers. It was important to us that she appreciated the quality of our house and recognized its value. Karen and her team worked hard to sell my house (it had its quirks). They prepared well, staged it thoughtfully and worked with a sense of urgency for open houses, price adjustments and keeping me informed. Karen offered sound advice on handling the offers and I ended up where I wanted to be. I loved the straight forward, business-like way of working and would highly recommend this team.
