Justin is a first-class realtor in every way. He and his team run seamlessly. My mother and I met Justin several years ago when she initially considered selling her home. She changed her mind and decided to take her home off the market. Justin kept in touch with us over the years, providing vital market research about her home and the surrounding area, through the years. This information helped her decide the right time to sell her home and purchase a new one that was better suited for her current lifestyle.Justin is the consummate professional and his negotiation skills are unmatched. Throughout the process, he worked tirelessly to ensure nothing fell through the cracks and we were well informed of how things were progressing. He is always so kind and a joy to work with. There were times when he worked off-peak hours, due to a quick turnaround in a competitive housing market. It was a pleasure working with Justin and Ms. Vickie and I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

Justin did a fantastic job at getting our house sold. We had some concerns about communication at first, but as soon as we bought our concerns to him, he immediately addressed them and corrected. Made sure we felt like communication was top notch, and it was. When it came to negotiating with a buyer, he helped us put into simple terms what would be the best and worst case scenario. His expertise and guidance was outstanding. Thank you Justin and team for making our selling experience a pleasant one.

As first timers, we were pretty uncertain as to what the home-buying process would be like. Justin was extremely helpful to us in this regard. He guided us through the process from beginning to end and answered our MANY questions with patience and kindness. He even called to check on on us regularly to see if we needed anything or had any questions on a regular basis - and continued to do so several times after closing! Justin truly cares about his clients and working with him and his team at Keller Williams made the process smooth and enjoyable for these apprehensive first time buyers!

I can't say enough about my experience with the Justin Lance team. He was enthusiastic, professional, efficient and confident with the upmost integrity and confidentiality. It was a pleasure working with Justin whose personal ability, attention to details and enthusiasm was able to put everyone at ease in the selling of my rental property. Justin was always available to quickly respond to questions, whether in person, via mobile phone, or e-mail not only from me but other realtors, potential buyers or lawyers.

We had a wonderful experience with the Justin Lance team and would highly recommend them. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Our house was listed on a Tuesday and we accepted an offer by Thursday. And we felt very “kept in the loop” regarding the whole process.
