Julie is extremely personable and professional. She paid close attention to our specific needs and found us exactly what we were looking for in exactly the right location, seeing us through the entire process from search to closing. She even went above and beyond by offering to help find storage for our belongings when our NY closing was delayed. She made our move from NY to NC smooth and painless. By the time we closed on our property, we felt like we not only found the perfect home but also our first North Carolina friend. We highly recommend her services.

We were looking for a special type of community to live in when we moved here in 2017. Julie worked diligently to find us homes that met our criteria. Once we finally found our desired community, it was a waiting game for available homes. Julie contacted us as soon as a home became available. We finally found our dream home thanks to Julie. I would highly recommend Julie. She worked very hard for us and always gave us a positive feeling that she would find the perfect home for us.

We met Julie at an open house. We were not interested in that house, but she asked us what we were looking for. We gave her all of our wants and over the next few days she found a number of house for us to see and took us to them. One of the houses she found was perfect. We knew it immediately after seeing it. She handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently while still being sure we understood exactly what everything we were signing was. She also came by after we moved in to see how things were going for us. We would highly recommend Julie, she truly cares!
