I can't recommend Morgan Roberson of the Judy Kunzman team highly enough! We just finished moving into my beautiful 4 bedroom home in central Tyler, and as a first time home buyer, I have to say, Morgan stayed on top on everything and made it a breeze. She was willing to respond in texts at all hours to accommodate my work schedule, and was constantly finding answers for me regarding the property and companies we worked with.For comparison, my last realtor only showed me a few houses over several months, and as soon as we walked in, she immediately said I wouldn't qualify for this home. Every time.Morgan, however, is the kind of realtor you want. Her and her family showed me a dozen houses in the first two weeks, and by the end of that period, I'd found the house I love, and they accepted my bid! Judy Kunzmans team was wonderful and accommodating, but I can't say enough how Morgan went the extra mile for me. Call and ask for Morgan. The process will be easy and fast, and she will take very good care of you. If you need a realtor, or think you want a home Ever, save this name and phone number, or stick it to your fridge. Best realtor ever.
I won't comment on how miscommunications occurred, but I was surprised by many things, particularly the financials, everything was a struggle, and I did not feel like there was anyone on my side. The buyers financing was delayed, and since everything in my house was packed and the movers came, I left Texas before the deal was completed, and had to fax paperwork back and forth. According to the final paperwork I saw, my house sold for $73,500 (more than I thought) and I gave the buyers 4k (more than I thought), apparently I even paid for their homeowners insurance (who knew?), I assumed a lot of the closing costs, and despite thinking I would get a 3% discount on the commission, since it was Judy's team, I had to pay the whole 6% since she said it was her associates sale, not hers personally (although she is co listed with him in the on line record), total deducted $10,769.66 and I received $62,730.34.
Judy was way more than I ever expected an agent to be. She was professional, available, quick responder, knowledgeable, energetic, and a pleasure to speak with. This is my second time to buy a home, but my first time to use The Judy Kunzman Team and I will never use another agent again. Judy is like the energizer bunny and always gets things handled quickly and correctly. She was available for showings and questions in the evening and weekends. I never had to wait around to hear back from her for anything. I can't say enough positive things about this agent.
