Absolutely loved April as my Realtor. She was not pushy, she was patient and timely with any and all communication. If I had any issues she would contact the seller immediately for resolution. This is the second time April has sold a home for us. She is fantastic to work with. In addition to being a complete professional, she is extremely patient and always available to help you through the process. I know this personally as I am someone who asks lots of questions and typically ask them at inconvenient times during the day, or should I say, night! April is always responsive and willing to help.She also has helped us through the purchase process twice now as well. I couldn't ask for anyone better! If you are looking for someone who will take personal interest in helping you find what you're looking for, and someone will go above and beyond to make the process as simply as possible, she is the one for you. April is simply doing the job she was born to do, she is amazing! She is very prompt with everything, from questions from us as the seller and then as the buyer. She knows her stuff and is very quick to get back with her clients. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, we were more than happy with absolutely everything and we worked with her for 4 months selling our house and then buying our new home. We were kept up to date with every process, there was never a question that went unanswered. And, I feel like we have a friend and realtor for life now!! ??

We chose April Shipman to be our realtor because she was a friend of one of my friends on Facebook. At our first meeting, I knew that she was the perfect realtor for us. As an older couple, honesty and trust was our biggest concern. She was just a text or call away for whatever we needed. April didn't waste any time getting us listed, and her excitement kept us motivated and excited also. In less than 1 week, we had 3 offers to choose from. We accepted an offer for full asking price, and in under 30 days, we closed. April walked us through every little step to selling our property and it was a very stress free experience. We will definitely recommend April to all our family and friends. God bless her and her family.

We were referred to April by an out-of-state real estate agent and boy did he hit it out of the park. Dealing with buyers from 2,500 miles away is a challenge under the best of circumstances but April was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, patient, flexible and amazingly responsive. We've bought and sold many houses over the years and that process is never without problems, but April made the purchase of our new home a breeze.

April was recommended to us by another agent. After speaking with her we knew that she was the representation we needed. She has a unique market insight and is deeply connected to the East Texas (more importantly, Lindale) real estate community. She was an absolute joy to work with! April was the perfect balance of personable and professional. She found us our PERFECT forever home that literally checked every single one of our boxes (no joke) and it was well below our budget! Win-win! This was our second home purchase. The first go-around we were extremely stressed through the entire process. She kept us in the loop and was very responsive and explained everything to us in layman's terms. If it wasn't for her constant communication and existing network, we wouldn't have had the opportunity to secure the home of our dreams in this crazy market.
