Judie Crockett and her team did an excellent job. My home sold in 26 days and they made my transaction seamless from the professional photographer, negotiating skills when my home did receive an offer and the communication during the sale process. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

My home sold in less than 24 hours to the 2nd potential buyers that walked through my home! Andrea Cavelli from the Crockett Team is exceptional. We had been trying to sell our home for two years, it was on and off the market, we tried other agents and even By Owner with no luck. We listed it with Andrea and it sold in less then a week! We also bought our new home with her and in both situations she was phenomenal. She made us feel like we were her only clients and her top priority throughout the entire buying and selling process. She made what is usually an extremely stressful time actually enjoyable. As an added bonus her and the Crockett Team walk you through each and every step of the process making it a far less overwhelming experience. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, honest, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor, Kathy Tunquist. Kathy worked with my 92 year old mother in helping her from the beginning of the process until the sale of her home. She was thorough and very patient. My mother had never sold a home before and recently widowed, was dealing with the process alone. As her daughter living across the country, it was exceptionally reassuring to have Kathy work with my mom. I always felt she was looking after my mother's best interests. Providing suggestions and answering questions rapidly and regularly was very helpful in ensuring the process was as stressless as possible.I can't think of another person I would trust as much or recommend more highly than Kathy. As a first time home buyers, we needed as much guidance and patience as possible in purchasing a home. My family and I could not have made a better choice than choosing Erin Giannetto and The Crockett Team. While not searching for a million dollar home, I was still given the utmost attention. Erin and the staff patiently walked through the process with me. Erin was available and willing to show us properties in many locations and on a schedule that was convenient for us. She helped us make the right decision based on such factors as school district and resale value. As well, she helped us establish numbers for our budget, making sure we were buying a home at a range we were comfortable at, not the maximum loan amount we could qualify for. When negotiating the purchase, she made sure the due diligence was done and included things in the contract that were advantageous to us and protected our investment. The closing process is daunting for first time home buyers and Erin put us in touch with John Pinto and his staff at Howard Hanna Mortgage. As well, we could not have had a better experience. John was enthusiastic and always engaged in working the details to ensure that we received the best mortgage possible for us. The overall positive exeperience with Erin, John, and the rest of the staff ensures we will contact them when we need to sell and find our next home. Relocating from Florida, we needed guidance with everything! Suggestions on neighbors that were right for us, school districts that are preferable, mark trends, moving companies, etc. Shannon and her team had the in depth knowledge of the area, the process, and the market that we needed. We were kept up to date with current market trends and properties. Shannon was able to recommend area experts to help us fulfill the services we needed to complete the sale - including inspections, renovations, financing, insurance, etc.Honesty and knowing that our best interests were being met was paramount.
