I can't give Joy enough stars. She exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were working with a realtor before her who we did not connect with. We instantly connected with Joy. She is very down to earth and held our hand through the entire process which was great because it was our first time buying a house. She even played the middle man by contacting 3rd parties to get our questions answered. She worked really hard and successfully found us a house which was not an easy job as we were looking in a very remote town and wanted a certain amount of acreage. We will no longer need her expertise since we know this is the house we will grow old in, but we will most definitely be sending friends and family her way.

Joy was extremely knowledgable and helpful when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. She listened to what we wanted in a home and showed us homes that fit us. She also never showed us a home outside of our budget unless we spefically asked to see it. She was not only a real estate agent to us but she became our friend. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything we wanted.
