Dave was a god send through the entire process of finding a home. I am a first time buyer, single mom of two. Dave reassured me even in this crazy housing market that we would find a home that would be perfect for my two children and I. Dave always made himself available even when he was out of town, he set it up to where I could view houses I was interested in! Dave put all my anxieties at rest and just allowed me to experience the joy of fulfilling my dream of being a home owner. Dave even went above and beyond his job duties and helped me pick colors to paint the inside of my home! I am extremely blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to work with Dave! This isn’t just a paycheck to him, he truly cares about his customers and wants you to be happy and content with your purchase. He is extremely patient while searching for your home and never made me feel pressured to buy anything that I didn’t like. He is even going to my closing with me!

The absolute best thing we did was list with Dave. His recommendation of a listing price was perfect as it gained much interest and sold fast. What else can you ask for out of an agent other than pure experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm. I wish i enjoyed my career as much as Dave clearly does.

Dave is an outstanding, knowledgeable and attentive realtor. Throughout the buying/selling process, he was instrumental in helping everything to go smoothly. No matter what questions you have or how many, he makes you feel comfortable and that you are a priority. Dave works extremely hard--even well outside working hours or while on vacation! Dave never once made He solved problems and mediated the two transactions seamlessly. The difference with Dave is that he doesn't just sell you a house, he sells you a home. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I cannot describe how lucky we are to have found Dave. As young adults, this was our first experience buying a home and Dave was instrumental through every step of the way. He helped us talk through and narrow down what we were looking for, stayed conscious of our timeline and budget and was someone I felt comfortable asking every single question that popped into my mind. Dave works extremely hard and was always available to answer our questions, even well outside working hours or while on vacation! Dave never once made me feel like my question was silly or insignificant and he went above and beyond to help us find the right fit. He solved problems when they inevitably arose, without me having to so much as worry about them. We could not be happier with Dave.
