I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie. She's flat out the best realtor I have ever come across:- With her leadership, we had ~60 showings in 4 days, and ~20 offers- We sold well above ask and beat even my best expectation- Incredibly responsive, usually an hour or less on anything- Excellent strategist, advising me how to best prep and position the home for the marketI mean, she was there for everything with me. Truly an amazing realtor and a step above the rest. Pro tip: let her stage your home, she's fantastic at it and it adds so much value for so little cost.

Stephanie was THE person we needed for our home-buying story~ If it weren't for her, we would not have met and fallen in love with our first home. And we would not have all the other folks who made the home-buying journey as efficient and easy as possible. As first time home-buyers, we needed someone who gets the mindset of folks who can get lost and overwhelemed with the whole process. It was apparent over the course of our partnership that Stephanie anticipated and knew just who, what, where, and why certain things and people were needed at certain points. All of this plus her friendly character made her THE person for our home-buying story.

Stephanie provided us with an excellent experience from beginning to end. She made things go smoothly. One of the top agents in the county. She will go over and beyond to satisfy your desires. She's always ready and eager to assist when needed. During difficult times, she will stay by your side and guide you through it. If someone is wanting to purchase or sell a home, I would recommend Stephanie because I guarantee she will not disappoint you. Stephanie has won our hearts and will always be our favorite realtor. Stephanie was definitely the worst real estate agent I ever did business with. She pushed us to make a decision to put in an offer. She knew nothing about the area in Clay, NY where we were searching. She guided us to make an offer that was much too high. She cited current market conditions which didn't really apply to our situation. After the purchase offer was accepted she did nothing to help us . She was fairly unresponsive. After closing, we found our key underneath the mat at the front door of the house. Even though we closed twelve days later than she estimated, the sellers didn't have the house completely empty. She also tried to pressure me to do the final walkthrough in fifteen minutes. After closing, we found our key underneath the mat at the front door of the house. In my opinion, the only thing Stephanie cared about was receiving her commission while doing as little work as possible.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! As someone who was buying their first home it can be very scary and Stephanie helped me out so much through the process! Anytime I had a question or concern Stephanie was right there to answer it and help me out/walk me through whatever came about! I also loved how responsive Stephanie was! Whenever I wanted to see a house she got me right in and there was never any trouble! I HIGHLY recommend working with Stephanie if you are ever in need of selling or buying a house! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Stephanie did a great job in helping us find a house within our budget,negotiations and communication between us and the seller.After settling in the house for one week we found a leak in the toilet and she connected with the seller who had it fixed.She was friendly throughout the whole process!

Stephanie worked tirelessly to find my boys and I a home. We were buying in the worst market ever! Not only did she find us an amazing home- we didn’t need to enter a bidding war or over exhaust my bank account. This would have never happened without the most amazing real estate agent in the world! Stephanie went above and beyond to find us a home and make it happen. She is the kindest, most hard working, passionate person I’ve ever met. Even after the papers are signed she’s still right there making sure everything is perfect.
