This review is long overdue. We had the worst experience with Jon and his office assistant, Bethany. His answer to why we couldn't sell our home was to lower the price. We were contingent with another home, and had to sell, so we decide to sell to Zillow. Next thing we knew, someone was interested in purchasing - a local realtor- who was an investor. We had a camera in the home and we heard that buyer tell his wife everything Jon told them "they are selling to Zillow, Zillow low balled them, so we can too." What was confidential between us and Jon was not when he was speaking to potential buyers, which ultimately hurt us in the offer price of the home. We do NOT trust him. Then, his office assistant, sent our final closing disclosure to my husband old work email, which went to a different person in his office (personal private information) after we have her his updated email address. In addition his assistant, failed to take off the TV and other items from the personal property, so we had to sell them with the home even though we didn't want to. To top it all off, when we went to the closing office, Jon printed out an email to show me about the personal property, he wouldn't drop it. After I asked him to drop it for the 3rd time, he showed the email to my husband talk about chauvinistic. I would never use him again and I would never recommended him. Oh and when he was doing our open houses, we heard him on the camera... he didnt know basic answers to questions people were asking him, such as "is this fireplace gas or electric". BIG LET DOWN!!!!! We also HANDED him the sale of our new home, that we found - without him. He profited big in this situation we were left frustrated and let down.
Jon Holsten was absolutely amazing. He was a huge help in locating a home for my family. Jon was incredibly patient. We had the experience of purchasing a home while living several states away and Jon made everything simple and stress-free. Jon had outstanding communication with us throughout the entire process. From start to finish Jon was committed to meeting my needs. Jon exceeded all expectations I have for a realtor.

Jon is amazing! He walked us thru every step, from house hunting to negotiating all the way to closing. Relocating from out of state to a new area is a daunting task, but Jon made it seamless by helping us learn the area and narrow down homes that were affordable yet still fit out needs. I would hands down recommend Jon!
