We recently completed our third real estate transaction working with Carrie. In 2014 we moved to CO, and she worked with us to buy a house. She left no stone unturned! We were very happy with our purchase. When we moved out of state in 2018, we chose Carrie to help us sell our house. She was very helpful as we dealt with some stressful contract situations. She was very responsive throughout the process. And now, in 2022, we returned to CO, and Carrie helped us find the perfect home in Loveland. She is incredibly responsive, willing to spend the time to show us many options in multiple NOCO communities, and works to support us in the negotiation/offer process. There aren't enough words to say how great Carrie is. She stuck with us for over a year in our home search process and helped coach us the entire way as first-time home buyers on the edge of being able to buy in Fort Collins. In the end, we found our dream home and couldn't be happier. Carrie is simultaneously your agent, therapist, cheerleader, and friend and makes an otherwise-stressful process manageable. 1000% recommend Carrie to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers in northern Colorado!

We were really blessed to have met Carrie in our house hunting journey, she was really proactive, gave us expert advice, and a clear view of the options that we have. She showed 3 different houses in a day and walked us through everything even when we were not physically present. Her expertise is next to none, we felt very comfortable to buy without seeing the home physically because of the confidence we had in her and we did not regret that.She provided every necessary support we needed from the beginning till the end of the process and highly recommend her.

Carrie helped us sell a property right in the middle of pandemic. This property had an interesting challenge which came revealed much later. However, Carrie did everything and more in her capacity to overcome the challenge and negotiate a favorable transaction. We were amazed at her professionalism and sensitivities towards our unique situation. She went out of her way in managing the property while it was empty and did everything needed with the upkeep. Having done more than 6 real estate transactions, we only wished we knew her earlier. Nevertheless, she will be our go to person for all of our real estate requirements in CO. Ofcourse, we can't stop recommending her enough already within our network of friends. Thank you Carrie for everything you did and we genuinely look forward to working with you in the near future.

When I recently sold my Fort Collins rental house, Carrie did all the background work. She brought in a handyman to make necessary repairs, and priced the house competitively for the market.After looking at several other properties online, what I appreciate most about Carrie was the skill in marketing. Everyone who ever lived in my house looked at the staging and photographs, and exclaimed "it never looked that good when I lived there!" A powerful online presence is crucial to getting noticed, and Carrie made my house stand out.Our house sold in 3 days, while another house just down the street, listed before ours, and was still on the market after ours was on contract.Of course, getting under contract is just the beginning. Since it had been decades since I last sold a house, I was out of my element, but Carrie and her team took care of me each step of the way, to a successful closing.On the flip side, the replacement property search was hard work. We didn't exactly know what we wanted, and there were multiple opinions within the family. Carrie listened to every desire and showed us multiple properties. When we finally found THE property, I think she was as excited as we were. She genuinely cares about her clients, and takes joy in helping them find just the right fit.Carrie feels like part of the family now.

It was truly a pleasure working with Carrie Holmes. I interviewed a bunch of people for this task of selling my first home ever. Carrie had a warm smile, and her experience shined through as she gave me an overview of the home selling process. When bumps came along the way on the selling of the house (inspection of sewer issue and siding issues), Carrie navigated those bumps super smoothly! I was in total awe how she navigated the complexity of the transaction, and shined and stayed cool during tense negotiations with the buyers.I am an anxious person, and she helped keep me calm during the entire process. Her calming voice and her ability to listen attentively is really appreciated. I successful made it the finish line of the house closing event. I was thrilled to get the final price that I asked for in the beginning.In summary, Carrie has a God given gift at Real Estate transactions, and she is blessed in what she does! She is calm, cool, collected and graceful in her ability to conduct complex real estate transactions. She has an innate inborn ability to be a Realtor! I said to her during the process, “How is it that you were able to sell my house so quickly when there are so many houses in the neighborhood for sale?” She told me that she is able to attract business. She was blessed with the last name “Holmes”, which sounds like “Homes”, and her love and innate ability to be a graceful Realtor shines through.During the process, I realized that Carrie is a Real Estate Angel! I absolutely loved working with Carrie. As a first time home buyer, I felt very vulnerable and exposed...not really knowing what I was doing! Carrie always had my best interest in mind, and made sure that I never felt any pressure. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I got necessary repairs done. She is really patient, and explained everything to me very thoroughly. She was even kind enough to answer my parents questions. I had a bit of a bumpy experience trying to purchase a home amidst COVID 19, and I don't know what I would have done without Carrie. She is extremely knowledgeable...but also just fun to work with! We had a blast looking at places at talking about our guinea pigs. I love how talking to her was non-intimidating and felt like talking to an old friend. Cannot recommend enough!
