Robert is the realtor to renew your faith in realtors. We worked together on two real estate sales, and in both cases, the experience was smooth and organized. Robert keeps all the details in order, manages the process smoothly, and provides logical, rational guidance on how to sell your property for the best possible price. In both cases, the property sold in less time than anticipated for a price at least as good as I hoped for. His approach to staging and preparing the property ensures that it will look tip-top for showings. He works with you to assess repairs, improvements, and staging to put the property in the best possible shape. I've had realtors suggest desperate and unnecessary things (such as the color of paint on a door), and Robert does not do that: rather, he focuses on what will make an impact and an impression on the buyer.I recommend Robert without reservation. He is an excellent realtor and very easy to work with.

Robert guided our family through a cross-country move to Colorado, and found us our forever home. Our relationship started with him via word-of-mouth from a friend, and spanned more than a year while we packed our family up in Florida, moved across country to Colorado, rented for 9 months, and finally moved into our current house.He is extremely knowledgeable with regards to all things Fort Collins, encompassing not just real estate, but everything and seemingly everyone around town. He has excellent contacts for virtually every type of contractor and business. His personal recommendations have yet to let us down.Throughout this process, his intuitions, opinions and vast knowledge of the area have repeatedly proved invaluable for us - from warnings about challenges or coding issues in houses, to intuitions with regards to the market and who to work with. He has consistently gone above and beyond in this process, going out of his way to handle things that were never part of his job description, simply because he knew it would make our lives easier. I've never worked with such an outstanding realtor before in my life, and never will again - because if I ever need another property, I know exactly who I am returning to.

Robert is great! He communicated timely and appropriately throughout our search and finally the purchase process. He showed us multiple properties, provided valuable insights concerning location, services, etc. He helped arrange for a property inspection and did the pre-closing walk-through with the builder with us. He provided advice when needed and helped us make many decisions along the way. Best realtor experience of my life (and I've had many)!

Robert is absolutely incredible! As first time home-buyers, he took the time to educate us about the entire process before we began our home buying journey and we learned so much from him. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and well connected in the Fort Collins community making him a great realtor. We had a had some complicated requests after the inspection and he was very diligent to make sure our requests were met and were addressed by the best contractor. I could not recommend him enough, he started as our realtor and in the end, became our friend.

"Listen to Robert" is a phrase that will stick with our household for a long time. Want to sell your house quickly? Listen to Robert. Is it taking forever? Well...you didn't listen to Robert.Wildly insightful, reasonable, and respectful, we were given ideas on when to go to market, what updates to make to the house, what price we could try for when we were ready to sell. We got basically asking price within a day.Will that happen to everyone? Absolutely not, but Robert put in the work in to present our house so beautifully, we almost wanted to buy it again. I'm a little jealous of our buyer, but I also know we hooked them because of how good of a foot forward we started with.I cannot recommend Robert enough. Not only was he great for the home we were selling, but his ability to educate and help us understand why things were important actively helped us with our new home purchase that he wasn't even a part of. Questions to ask, things to look out for, and for all the homes we've seen that have been lingering on the market, we joke "they didn't listen to Robert."I'm not just thankful for his assistance, I'm genuinely honored by it. I almost didn't feel deserving. Do yourself the best favor you can for yourself and get him in your corner. But also...make sure you listen well. You will not regret it.
