Jim and his team were OUTSTANDING to work with. They consistently let me know what was going on throughout the sale process. More importantly, they had excellent knowledge of the market, and what I should expect in the process. They were correct at every turn. For me, the most valuable part of the experience was the creative ways in which Jim negotiated the contract and the amendments. We closed on our sale for a good price. A fairly complicated closing was handled with ease and care. I highly recommend Jim and his team for residential real estate transactions!

I had to wait til we were all moved in to write a review worthy of these two amazing people. Anna Purdue is truly one of a kind. From day one, she became more than our realtor—she became family. She kept us informed every step of the way, listened deeply to what we wanted, and somehow managed to find exactly what we were looking for. Anna took the time to meet my whole family, and every single one of us loved her. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched, and she fought tirelessly for what we wanted and needed. We could not have found a better realty team than the Jim Archer Team at Steadfast Realty! If we could give them 10 stars instead of 5, we definitely would! As a single female, buying a home all by myself was a little scary and a bit intimidating, but working with The Jim Archer Team made me feel safe and confident in my decision to pursue buying a home! They were incredibly helpful and super patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I felt like they truly listened to what I wanted and needed and didn’t try to push their own agenda. I can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team. They were phenomenal. We were in a unique situation handling the sale of an estate property from out of town and Jim went above and beyond to turn a very overwhelming process into something manageable.Jim’s deep knowledge of the market and realistic approach were a tremendous help in selling the property quickly and to our satisfaction. Despite this being a very modest commission sale (and that’s probably putting it generously), Jim treated it with the same care and attention one would expect for a substantially high value sale. He is someone who keeps his word and shows up for his clients.Before finding Jim, I worked with another realtor who tried to exploit our situation by massively undervaluing the property and sale potential, hoping to steer us toward a “convenient” cash offer that would benefit them. All under the guise of sympathy. Something didn't seem right, which led me to consult with another realtor for a second opinion. Jim was nothing less than a breath of fresh air. He was honest, professional and genuine. Whenever I had questions or needed some guidance, he always made himself available and was resourceful. Even after the sale, he checked in to see if we needed any help tying up some loose ends that weren’t his responsibility…he’s just that kind of person.Bottom line – if you want a realtor who combines market expertise with genuine care for their clients, Jim is your guy and his team are your people.
