Jim and his team were OUTSTANDING to work with. They consistently let me know what was going on throughout the sale process. More importantly, they had excellent knowledge of the market, and what I should expect in the process. They were correct at every turn. For me, the most valuable part of the experience was the creative ways in which Jim negotiated the contract and the amendments. We closed on our sale for a good price. A fairly complicated closing was handled with ease and care. I highly recommend Jim and his team for residential real estate transactions!

She kept us informed every step of the way, listened deeply to what we wanted, and somehow managed to find exactly what we were looking for. Anna took the time to meet my whole family, and every single one of us loved her. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched, and she fought tirelessly for what we wanted and needed. Jim and his team were amazing to work with! We were first-time home sellers and Jim met with us to view our home and explain the steps in the process. We could not have found a better realty team than the Jim Archer Team at Steadfast Realty! If we could give them 10 stars instead of 5, we definitely would! As a single female, buying a home all by myself was a little scary and a bit intimidating, but working with The Jim Archer Team made me feel safe and confident in my decision to pursue buying a home! They were incredibly helpful and super patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I felt like they truly listened to what I wanted and needed and didn’t try to push their own agenda.
