very professional. showed me exactly what we were looking for. he listened to detail. I needed closet space for each of my kids and big rooms for each of them. I got my dream kitchen big living area and huge Master along with a great bathroom. I really enjoyed working with Jason – as an out-of-state purchaser who was looking to purchase remotely without having physically been there, he helped me find several properties that I was looking to purchase as a rental investment. Once we determined a few to look into he took the time to visit each place while giving me very candid opinions on the properties. After we narrowed down the best choice, Jason went out of his way to see to it that all of my questions during the time were answered. He was also a great strategist in going about the process to tailor it the way that was most beneficial to me in negotiating price with the seller and also negotiation of work to be performed on the home by the seller.
