Repeat customer here! Travis Turner is a rock star. One of our favorite things about him is his responsiveness. This is a big deal to us since we don’t live in Lubbock. We used him when we bought a home for our son while he was at Tech, and he got us a great deal. Not only that, but he consistently provided great (and reasonable) references for repairs and renovations when we needed them. So it was a no brainer to use him again when it came time to sell. Not only did we have a lightning fast offer - the sign wasn’t even in the yard yet when the offer came through - he sold it for profit for us! Besides all that, Travis is just a really kind person. It’s nice to have an advocate and know you’re not going to be taken advantage of when buying or selling by a home. Highly recommend Travis and his team!

I used Travis as my agent for 2 homes. He is very knowledgeable and helpful if you are just looking for a primary residence or a rental property he can definitely guide you and simplify the process. I recommend him and will continue to work with him for future purchases. He also provides great investing advice. Travis is fantastic. He was able to work with me until I understood the contracts involved and had infinite patience when I was confused. He made great recommendations when items to fix came up in the inspection report and coordinated the work, with frequent updates on progress. He was polite with nudges to ensure I didn't miss any deadlines (despite my busy schedule) and we could keep the deal on track. I'm really happy I found him.
