I called to ask about a property and tried to explain my offer, but the agent was dismissive and hung up before I could finish explaining. I understand not every offer works for every situation, but basic professionalism and letting someone finish speaking would have been appreciated.

She was a great help in finding people for the inspection, survey and initial estimates for repairs and improvements. I really appreciate her doing those extra things to help me out since I didn’t have many local references or referrals. She was good at keeping me up to date and answering or returning calls quickly when I had questions.

Jessica is awesome! We were first time home buyers, moving from out of state on a short timeline, in the middle of a pandemic! She took the time to talk us through every step and was always on-call for our many questions. Jessica is a great negotiator and helped us to get a house we loved at a price we were comfortable with. She really took the hassle out of home buying and made it an easy and fun experience!
