From the time we met with Jeremiah and the team until closing day, everything was handled professionally. Jeremiah was fully aware of our requirements for our new home and was able to help navigate us to a home which far exceeded our expectations. Jeremiah is the best real estate agent in the Collingswood area. We enjoyed him so much we had him as our buying and selling agent. He made sure we got the best house for us and took note of all of our needs. He also worked hard staging our home and had amazing pictures as well as social media presence.

We just wrapped up what was probably our dozenth transaction with Jeremiah and his team at JFKLiving. As a former Realtor, I can say with the highest degree of confidence that you need to be working with Jeremiah and his team. He is truly customer service oriented when it comes to his clients and a hard nosed negotiator when it comes to representing them as buyers or sellers. As a seller, I truly enjoy the GREAT job he does with keeping me updated on my listing to include open house numbers and results along with real time feedback once the day's showings are finished. We've also used him as buyers and as landlords. Again, just a GREAT service experience. I've worked with a lot of folks that call themselves real estate professionals. Jeremiah is one of the few, who truly embodies that title everyday.

My husband and I had started out with a friend of the family helping us look for a new home, she fell ill and matched us with Jeremiah and Pip. Jeremiah took us on as his clients and he helped us find our perfect home. If any friends or family needs an amazing realtor Jeremiah and his team are all excellent. They are willing to go the distance to help sell/ find a new home for you. They are there day in and day out if anything were to happen they are willing to help you out with anything. I would Recommend Jeremiah to anyone in need.

Jeremiah and his team were great to work with and he was a highly professional. He was very thorough with showing us homes, was clear with the pros and cons of each listing, offered great advice throughout the entire home buying process, and was also a great person in general. We wouldn’t have the home we have today without him. Highly recommend!

Jeremiah started as a business partner and ended as a friend. He takes his work seriously but keeps things personal. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He made us feel confident and never pushed us into anything we didn’t want. He came to understand our wants quickly and would not take us somewhere he knew we wouldn’t want. Jeremiah was helpful and stood strong for us in some issues that came specific to our contract. He is kind and personable. When we discuss the concept of purchase of any future home we know we will go with JFK. Can’t recommend Jeremiah enough.

We found Jeremiah through Zillow by pure luck. He is an amazing realtor and he made our recent purchase of our Collingswood Home easy and stress free (as stress free as possible). He was incredibly responsive, answered any question quickly, no matter how inane or ridiculous those questions were. He provide great advice on pricing and offers. He was up front about which properties were not worth the price or effort as he really wanted us to be happy with our final purchase. He stayed on top of negotiations, provided excellent recommendations for third party services and was generally a lot of fun to talk and interact with. He even brought Pip for a day of house viewing and Pip is pretty cool too. Jeremiah will make your buying experience easier and you can trust him to take care of business. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Recently purchased a house in Collingwood with Jeremiah. As a first time home buyer, he helped in so many ways. Not once was he pushy or tried to steer me into a direction I didn't want. He had the same vision I had and we found a great house. He answers all calls and texts. I would highly recommend Jeremiah to all buyers and sellers. This guy is A+!
