I bought my home 10/18/2002 through Ross. I was a very picky first time buyer. Ross even got to the point to look at the houses and know it wasn't for me and not to even show me. He even had to deal with my dad as my consultant. lol (which was pickier than me) Ross listened to my needs/wants and found me my home, which I am still in. Ross would put a small pumpkin on my front steps for Halloween for the first few years of my residence. This small endearment always made me smile. Highly Recommended. As a first time home buyer, Ross was very patient and informative. I did my homework prior to looking to buy. But, in the end, it always helps to have someone knowledgeable and just an all around good dude on your side. I was very particular in what I wanted in a home and Ross was accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. As another reviewer noted, Ross was "super responsive, extremely patient, very professional" (and casual). By responsive and casual I mean, I found my dream home during a holiday weekend, and he broke away from a family gathering to meet up at a park bench to write up the offer. The guy makes it work in every situation. Ross will be my go to when friends are looking to buy, or if I'm in the market again.

Ross made the entire process a breeze. He listened to us and found potential homes that were aligned with our needs/wishes.
