Libby was great to work with. When I think back on our whole process, I can honestly say I never thought buying a house could be so easy. She directed us towards the houses that fit our criteria and helped ensure our lender had everything they needed. She was responsive with things we needed after we closed as well. We Love our house and would work with Libby and her team again in the future!

Eli was a stranger when my wife and myself went to see a house. Now he is like a part of out family. He is reliable, trustworthy and has the knowledge of the market. It was not easy for me to find a real estate agent I could trust with such an important process. Over the course of my home finding and purchase, I came to trust Eli and Sharon fully. They treated the process as if it were their own. They listened to me and helped me find the home that was right for me and never tried to push toward anything else. They paid superb attention to detail, making sure no stone was left unturned and getting a great deal for me. Eli and the Q & U Team went above and beyond throughout my home buying process (and he’s worked for many of my friends as well). Eli definitely has an expert knowledge of the real estate market and area and his easy going personality made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable. His negotiation skills are also top notch. He got me the deal on a property with 5 other offers that I wasn’t even motivated to fight for because I thought I had no chance (he convinced me to try anyway). Also, someone from the team was always available to answer any questions I had and they were awesome at keeping me informed during every step of the process.
