Jennifer was incredibly responsive to our questions, gave great advice and had many contacts to help us as we prepared our home of 20+ years for sale. Right from the start Jennifer was a seasoned real estate professional. She set expectations exactly to the market as it was evolving. She didn't try to influence, but rather gave us choices and advice as we asked. Having sold a few homes in the past, I can confidently say that she has been the most effective and wonderful realtor that we have ever used. I feel that her staging (with Lynne!), timing, pricing, and presentation were directly responsible for our house being sold so quickly in a softening market. Her impeccable reputation is well-deserved. I made sure that everyone in our neighborhood has her contact info!

Jennifer has been a great realtor for us! She is very knowledgeable on the area and came prepared to all our meetings. She has sold several homes in our neighborhood and was up to date on the HOA, land, and comps in the area. We were able to get our house listed and closed on within a month! In addition to this she had a list of reliable and responsive contacts to help us with second opinions, cleaning, staging, photography, etc.

Jennifer was fantastic to work with. She helped my husband and I to purchase our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and Jennifer's expertise shone through the entire experience. We had lots of questions and felt nervous to make such a big decision. She was able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. She really listened to us during our initial conversation about what we were looking for in a home and was able to let us know as soon as the perfect house was coming on the market. She immediately got us in for a showing, took her time to walk us through the house and identify any things we may want to inquire about. Jennifer was excellent from the first contact through to the closing! When we first met Jennifer and told her that we were interested in selling and wanted to maximize the value of our home, she visited and walked the entire home and left us with recommendations on what we could do to increase the curb appeal. Things that would directly impact the sell price. Once it was ready to list, she coordinated every step of the process. Her stager waked through and told us exactly what could stay and what had to go. Honestly, we were a little put off by some of what they wanted us to remove. We reluctantly agreed. They came in and finished the staging and took the photos and, WOW!!!! We didn't know the house could look so good! Stunning. Hit the listing on Thursday morning. Had our first showing less than 3 hours later. Sold by Friday night. Cash offer, 8% over list. At the closing, while speaking with the buyers, they commented on almost every point Jennifer and her team had told us to address at the staging. Had we not listened, we would not have closed the deal with them. Everything Jennifer suggested helped to not only sell the house quickly, but also got us top dollar on the contract. We would not hesitate to work worth her again and can not recommend her highly enough! She knows the local market like an expert and did a phenomenal job for us!
