Parrott Realty made the home selling AND buying process a breeze! Cheryl helped me to sell my first home in July, a reclaimed mill condo in a tough condo market. Then I purchased a new home that had some additional quirks to the process (subdivision needing town approval) and Cheryl was able to help us navigate that process and stay updated every step of the way. Would recommend Cheryl and the entire team to anyone, they really make you feel like part of the family!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Corey and his team. The collaboration among them, made my selling transaction painless and so effective. Because of Corey's knowledge of the market in my area, we were able to list my home at a great price and got multiple offers. It sold in 4 days. The process after the offer was accepted was seamless and uncomplicated. Tim, Donna, Corey and Cheryl were with us since June of 2020. At every turn, and there were many, they had the answers that we needed. At no point in the home buying process did we feel “out of the loop”.We purchased a newly constructed home in a over 55 community so we won’t be in the market again soon. However, if anybody reading this review or anybody they know who is in the market for a home, call the folks at Parrott Realty. They are first Class and top notch!
