After Caren showed us the beautiful property we were interested in, we told her we needed to sell our house in MA and that we were in the process of finishing a total renovation. She did not bat an eye; she completely shared our vision of owning this home and knew it could be done. She worked closely with the seller's agent to make it happen by negotiating and laying out a time line. We worked with Caren from May to August and she and her team were on top of everything every step of the way.

Caren from Chadd Dempsey Real Estate is truly the best. Amazing personal service that I have never experienced before. Buying a house can be a daunting exercise and I’ve been through it before where it was so painful looking online and going to countless open homes that I just got sick at the thought of having to move again. Caren did everything she could to make the process of moving and buying a new house as painless as possible. Caren worked with us for about 6 months trying to find a new home for my wife and I. It was extremely challenging as I work overseas, and my wife and I were living in Dallas at the time we were house hunting. That meant contending with long absences, different time zones and communication challenges. Caren was very accommodating when it came to viewing properties or investigating potential options for us. With the remote nature of our search Caren made life a lot easier by taking us on “virtual tours” through homes using FaceTime and was always happy to arrange more photos than were listed if there was something specific we wanted to see (why do people never post photos of the inside of their garage?). We did several trips to New Hampshire to view properties in person and Caren was always punctual and did an amazing job to organise multiple viewings in a short time frame so that we could make the most of our visits. While my wife is American I’m an immigrant so the process for securing a mortgage also proved to be a challenge, but Caren was able to put us in touch with several brokers/lenders who were eventually able to organise finance for someone in my unique position. Even after we found a home and we moved in Caren, Chadd and their team are still there supporting us with anything that we might need, whether it’s following up with the previous owners about a function of the house we didn’t know about or just some helpful advice on the new area. Not only can I recommend Caren and the Chadd Dempsey Real Estate team to others, but I plan to use them again.

We loved working with Caren, Chadd and her team! My husband was overseas, and we were living out of state when we decided to move to New England. Caren was always willing to go the extra mile for us- viewing homes with us via FaceTime, doing whatever she could to work with our schedules and kept us updated with any home that matched what we were looking for. Everything from the viewing, to the purchase and inspection and on to the closing of our home went smoothly because of their willingness to help with anything and everything. They took so much added stress away and made buying our home a wonderful experience!

I was very impressed by Chadd and his staff. Our house was part of a estate sale and his group wasted no time in gettin the photos, the showings and offers. In less than 3 days we had 10 showings 6 offers and three offers over asking price. The house was in a rural area a fair distance from a major city. Being a estate sale there were a few hoops to jump thru but, his staff worked out everything smoothly and professionally.
