I am a Retired Army Veteran, Jeff, who was also Army, was always available to answer any questions I had, and ensured I felt comfortable with each step taken in my first homebuyers experience. I had a showing scheduled with Jeff at 2pm today, he was a no call no show. I arrived 10m early, and called him at 2:10 on his listed cell phone. No answer. I waited until 2:30 incase he was late and then left.

Jeff assisted me in finding a home in Cuyahoga Falls to purchase. He listened to my specific criteria and found several homes which met the criteria and arranged for us to see them all on the same afternoon. We made and offer on one of the homes once we received the inspection report Jeff was instrumental with negotiating a significant price reduction which will allow us to take care of the issues identified in the inspection. Jeff was great to work with, was very responsive and had an excellent understanding of the market. I will use Jeff on any home purchase or sale in the future and recommend him highly!

Jeff was available to get me a showing at any house I requested almost immediately. He worked with me and my mother and showed us numerous houses. As a first time buyer, Jeff was very helpful in that he answered all my questions and explained the process. He set up the negotiations well which saved me money and time up front!
