I was an out of state buyer. Rick was able to guide my lender through the differing details/rules of lending for a purchase in Ohio.Because I was unable to fly to OH for showings, inspection and such, Rick worked with my brother who lives locally. At one point, I questioned the seller's intent. Rick kept me updated through the entire process. Once closed and during the hot/humid 10 day period in June, knowing there were no west facing window coverings and that I was not arriving until mid-July, Rick called and offered to turn the air conditioner on for me. I would not have thought about it. My brother was going to be out when my household goods arrived, Rick DID NOT hesitate to offer his help. Being new to town, that kindness relieved any stress I had. In this competitive market seeing homes quickly and making competitive offers as soon as possible when we felt it was right made all the difference in having an offer accepted in under a month of hunting. Once I went under contract Ricardo did a phenomenal job getting the ball rolling quickly to close and get keys in my hands in under 20 days.
