I wanted to reach out and share my experience on a recent real estate transaction I had in the North Tahoe area when I had the pleasure to work with Greg Righellis with Team Blair at Compass Real Estate.This transaction was not an easy one as it involved a lot sale with very few comparable sales and we were certainly setting a new price bar for the market.
