Jake was very patient with me while I was looking for my just right home. He stuck to what I was looking for and did not pressure me to go outside what was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of what was important to look at and explained things thoroughly so that I would understand. He made buying my first house a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him for finding your home.

Jake was excellent from the very beginning. He really worked hard to make sure I wasn’t stressed about anything through the entire process. His knowledge was exceptional. When he showed houses he knew so much about the neighborhoods and pointed out things I would have never thought about. It was like he was in my head knowing exactly what houses to show me. I felt that he never pressured me and was available literally 24/7 for any question I might have. He staid in constant contact with me and my lending agent through the whole process and updated me regularly. He is very nice and so easy to work with.
