Loved this team of professionals. I went into this process of selling my home with an idea, plan, and hopes that it would execute the way I wanted it to go. Homer Tyre listened to me and looked at me and said "there is no reason it can't happen that way." However, he's the professional, I am not; and it worked out exactly as I hoped. I listened to his marketing strategy, followed his pointers for getting the most out of my sell, and everything fell into place just as I envisioned it would. Homer had an offer within 96 hours, and it doesn't happen often but, the first offer was over list price. SOLD. Thanks Homer and team for everything.

We went from meeting with Homer to going to closing in about 30 days. Homer and his staff guided us through the whole process and there were never any surprises. My wife and I put our trust in Homer and his "system" and we sold our house quickly and for the price that we were asking. He has assemble an incredible team that work for you so that you don't have to worry about anything.
