Hazel came with a strong recommendation of a friend who recently bought in the Vacaville area. Hazel repeatedly lived up to the recommendation. During the search process, she provided prompt feedback to questions about properties listed, and refined the listings we received online. When we were ready to look at properties, she communicated questions to and got replies from sellers promptly. Because she knows Vacaville well, she was able to provide information on particular neighborhoods of the houses we were looking into.When we were ready to make an offer, she completed that offer in a few hours time, and communicated replies from the seller quickly. She was patient as we worked out a solution to get our offer accepted, and managed all aspects of the inspection process quickly. She communicated results from inspections, and recommended providers who could remedy issues found. Our loan was a VA loan, which required additional considerations, and she explained, and helped work through these seamlessly.Hazel was professional and upbeat, and a pleasure to work with. I gladly recommend Hazel.

Hazel is such a caring realtor and was so attentive to my families needs. As a first-time home buyer Hazel was so patient, kind, and always answered my questions! We could call or text her day or night with all of our silly questions and she was always so eager to make sure we understood the process and felt at ease. The process went so smoothly (all because of her) and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. I’ll definitely reach out to Hazel in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family! Hazel was simply spectacular! She was always very responsive to any and all requests, and consistently demonstrated diligence, respect, empathy, and enthusiasm. Whenever I wanted to look at yet another place - and I looked at many! - she was always happy to oblige. When it finally came time to buy, she was extremely supportive in helping me deal with a seller who was particularly, ahem...unique. I always felt like Hazel had my best interests in mind, and feel very fortunate to have ended up with Hazel as my agent!

Wow, just wow. I have nothing but praise for Hazel and the Rapisarda team. We had no idea what we were getting into when it came to buying a house and I am so thankful we had Hazel, she is absolutly phenomenal, has an immense amount of knowledge, is extremely professional, and so patient. Buying a home is a roller coaster but Hazel made the process so easy and streamline we cannot thank her and her team enough!

If Hazel didn't know the answer (which was rare) she would find out quickly. I am so thankful that we found Hazel and we were able to work with her! I can’t say enough about how helpful Hazel was and how smoothly our first home purchase went because of her. She was always easy to get a hold of and super responsive, even if it was just a quick text to say she was in an appointment and would get back to me as soon as she could. Hazel also was clearly an expert of all things real estate. She knew the market, explained contract terms well to us, and was helpful with the lending process as well. Hazel was also very knowledgeable about the inspection process, could identify issues on her own, and had great recommendations on vendors to work with.But most importantly, Hazel was kind, seemed to truly care, and never pressured us into making any decision. It was no surprise that everyone we encountered throughout the process like title company, vendors, other RE agents, etc. had deep respect for her.
