Sean was great to work with! He set the right price for our home, gave solid advice on what needed to be done to get that price, and handled everything from the pictures thru the closing. Sean is very professional and made the selling experience very easy. House was listed on a Friday and 2 offers were completed by Sunday afternoon, just two days. House was listed on the higher side of the comps and full asking price was received. Sean had a photographer take beautiful pictures of the exterior and interior which really helped showcase the property. Sean gave us a few tips on how to make the house turnkey model ready which really worked well. The appointment App is really great as you are always notified of showings, inspections and appointments. Sean walked us through the pros and cons of both offers so we understood the best course of action for us. The timing of the closing was spot on. Sean and his administrative team made the closing process very easy, much easier than I expected with no hidden surprises. Everyone we worked with had great follow through, very timely and very pleasant. First rate organization I must say.

Sean is hands down the most genuine, honest and hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was patient with me while trying to find my perfect home!
