We were on a mission in 2015 to buy a vacation home at Smith Mountain Lake. Luckily we met Fred and he came on board as our agent. Fred was great to work with. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area (SML). Fred quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to narrow our search to find the perfect home for us. He went above and beyond what realtors do. Whatever we asked he did, even if it wasn’t directly related to purchasing the house. Even when Fred was out of town, he always managed to meet our needs and exceed or expectations. The thing I liked most about Fred was he didn’t sugar coat anything, and always called it like it was/is. When buying a new home, you can quickly get blinded by the excitement of it all. Fred always made sure we considered every aspect. He wasn’t just out to make a quick dollar, he cares about his clients and makes sure they get the home they belong in.
