Forrest was very knowledge and diligent with helping us find the home of our dreams. I highly recommend him if you are looking to find a very helpful, kind, personable, hard working realtor. We went through countless houses and inspections and through it all, Forrest was extremely patient and understanding. We have him to thank for the beautiful home we have now.

Forrest Stodghill was an excellent agent for us. We had been looking, casually for some time and finally needed to get serious about purchasing a larger home. He asked many questions about what we were interested in as 'must have' and location, as well as top of our budget. He was always willing to look into anything we saw that might meet our needs. He never pressured us to a make a decision or go over our budget. We had to stop looking because of a family crisis/death and he understood and continued to look as houses came to market, but never sent info until we notified him that we were ready to start looking/purchase again. <br/><br/>I would recommend Forrest to anyone. He is very helpful, kind, friendly and professional.
