Extraordinary realtor AND person. What an UNDERSTATEMENT!! Long time friend, and fellow veteran, Falisha Rexford of the Rexford Group, did more than just "knock it out of the park".We decided to move to start the new school year in a stable environment for my daughter, who was entering the first year of high school. We already knew we would be listing with Falisha, who handles many relocating active duty and retired military service families' needs.What should have been a normal listing turned into a potential nightmare when a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. We were already relocated out of state, so her team's regular check-ins on our home found the issue in the first 48 hours, but not before some damage was done.I'm freaking out when Falisha calmly says, "I've got this!". As an investment property owner herself, she regularly designs and remodels her own properties (some of which I had rented for vacations, i.e. check out Rexford's Retreat (mountains) and her beautiful Destin, FL property, Rexford's Beach Retreat.Falisha took over as site lead, project manager, and contract coordinator! She got everything back to better than original condition, and on budget! And get this.....she used the ongoing construction as a SELLING POINT to a buyer, offering to allow them to customize the repair/remodel for their needs. IT WORKED AND WE CLOSED!!If you want straight talk and someone 100% in your corner through the entire process of buying or selling, no matter what comes at you, Falisha Rexford is your go to realtor!

Being military, having a VA loan, and PCSing we knew that having Ms. Rexford on our side was the only way to go. From the first interaction we felt seen and heard. We knew exactly what we needed to do on our end and felt confident that she and her team were taking so much care on their end! From the photos, videos, social media post of our home, everything looked amazing and it sold FAST because of everything they did to promote it!! My husband and I are Army retirees and have bought/sold many homes over the years and can, with 100% conviction, say that this has been the easiest, smoothest, amazing, and fun home selling experience we have EVER had!!! I read over some of Falisha's and her team's reviews prior to writing this one and can honestly say that there are no other words to describe her, her team, and the administrative process we experienced with them that hasn't already been said. Having said that I believe it is important to reiterate! From the beginning of the house selling process to the end, including the helpful "how to videos", professional pictures/video for social media, open house, administrative paperwork, home inspection, appraisal, and closing, Falisha was honest and up front, professional, friendly and treated us like family. She kept us informed every step of the way, was prompt in answering any questions we had, and kept us motivated! She is a subject matter expert that truly knows the market. She is confident, driven, positive, and it was an honor to work with her and the team. Falisha and The REXFORD Group are a well-oiled machine! Falisha was the absolute best person we could have used to sell our home. We are so thankful for her and her team, and we have been recommending her to all our friends for when they sell their homes. Her and team were extremely responsive and professional. They were punctual and proactive when it came to reaching out to us and setting up open houses. Falisha was so kind to accommodate our schedule as well when it came to showing our home. We cannot recommend her enough (I mean she sold our home very quickly in an objectively slow market, so that should say enough!!).

Falisha is truly a one of a kind realtor. We felt so lucky to have her helping us through the process of buying a home in Las Vegas when we were still living in Illinois. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. She helped us get the most out of our offer for our new build home and she knew to ask for certain things that we would have never even thought of. Her attention to detail during our walk through (which we couldn’t attend ourselves) was impeccable.
