I can’t say enough positive things about my realtor Evie and her brokerage Vicsdale Real Estate. Having bought homes now in four different states, and various cities throughout each, I have had my fair share of the real estate market and agents. Evie far exceeded any expectations I had and turned what at times could be a drawn out, tedious process into one of ease and simplicity. So much so after the purchase of the first home for the family, I purchased two additional properties for the in-laws and parents in the same neighborhood within a 6 month window in a beautiful sub division of Scottsdale Ranch vicinity. Each acquisition easier than the next with Evie at the helm. Atop of such, each home based on her intuition and experience in the field has since gone up 5-10 percent in value within a year of homes’ closings. I recommend highly without reservation!

I'm finally getting around to writing a review for Eve who helped us purchase a home a couple years ago. The entire process was seamless and she was extremely helpful getting us everything we needed to be happy in our new home. The home by Vicsdale has been perfect for our family: the right size, the right location and the right price. It doesn't hurt that everything was completely remodeled with the ideal finishes. In the future, if we ever decided to downsize, I will definitely look for a Vicsdale home with Eve.
