Ellen was an excellent advocate with a great deal of knowledge regarding the short-sale of my home. The sale was complex and took an extended amount of time and effort due to disputing parties holding title. Ellen navigated the terrain like a seasoned captain, and was good on her word when she could have easily backed away. Her quality of character was tested and she passed with flying colors. I recommend her to you without reservation and with my good wishes.

Ellen is very professional, ethical, and pro-active. She is always available to answer questions, and calm the jitters associated with real estate transactions. She communicates well not only with her clients, but also with the other agents and professionals (lenders, inspectors, title officers, etc) associated with the transaction. My husband and I worked with Ellen on a regular sale, a short sale and an REO sale - we were confident in her ability to help us navigate these transactions and would hire her services again in a second.
