Josh & his partner Ryan were excellent in every way during not one, but both of our transactions. Josh & Ryan handled the issues with the buyer of our property with flawless expertise and honesty. Never during the process did I feel out of the loop because their communication skills are phenomenal. The sale of our condo ultimately was extremely smooth & because of their great communication and networking skills, they were able to find us a house that was perfect for us to purchase before going back on market. I would highly recommend using this team.

This is the first time we have ever sold a home and we were nervous and unsure of the process, especially during these times of COVID. Josh and his team explained the process clearly and worked fast to sell our home. Within 6 days, we had a few offers on the table! Josh is always a pleasure to work with. Nothing is too big or too small for him and his team. Josh is very responsive and follows through on everything. We are extremely happy with the results we received and just how easy this process can be when you work with the right people. Josh is extremely patient and diligent! I would never work with any other realtor. As first home buyers, we had a million questions and he was always a text or a phone call away with a detailed answer. I couldn't have imagined the process without him by our side. I would more than recommend Josh as your realtor, but as a must.Our family circumstances were challenging and Josh met them head-on.My husband and I have had the occassion to deal with many realtors,and it would have been such a pleasure to have had Josh there. Our circumstances made it very difficult to be there for so much of the sale and Josh removed so much of the stress. For example, he put out the trash for us, he worked with our neighbor to coordinate access to ithe house. His recommendations saved us so much turmoil His presents on site was soooo appreciated. Choosing Josh Diaz to represent us when purchasing our first home was hands down one of the best decisions we made. Josh made what we thought was going to be an incredibly stressful experience as smooth as possible, especially considering we didn't know anything about the process. He is incredibly knowledgable in all areas of real estate, was available to us whenever we had questions or wanted to see a listing, and was just an absolute pleasure to be around. Josh was so on top of it during negotiations with the seller and really helped us feel confident during the whole closing process. We are now in the home of our dreams and are so thankful to Josh for all of his help! Highly recommend!
