He was always available, he was patient with us as we sorted out what we were looking for, he pointed out things we might not have noticed ourselves, he was always upbeat and positive, and maybe most importantly, he was strategic in how we approached the market. Mark and his team of professionals guided us through the entire process. From our first meeting almost 9 months before the sale to discuss our plans, what was "next" for us, what we should focus on to bring the house to market, and who on his team we would be working with. His team of professionals including the stager and photographer helped put our best foot forward, showcasing the homes beauty, architecture, and making it modern for being a 90 year old home. Over the 7 months of being listed and the countless open houses Mark's team was always present. His administrative team kept us in the loop and made everything smooth using DocuSign for much of the back and forth negotiations. His staffs dedication shows in the late night messages and 7 days a week availability. I would absolutely recommend Mark and his team with no reservations for any real estate transactions. They are all just top caliber.

Mark took time to meet with us prior to any contract. He hung in there when there were delays on our end. Even before the contract was signed he was connecting us with contractors that helped us prepare for sale. When the contract was finally signed, Mark recommended we stage the home for sale and with his help we negotiated a fair price with the company he recommended. There was an offer on the house within weeks. This is where Marks expertise made the biggest impact. The inspection reports found water damage and other deficiencies on the house as well as on the backyard deck. Mark helped us delineate the important repairs we made from those that the buyer agreed to could pass through the sale. Then Mark negotiated a fair offset to cover remaining deficiencies. The sale closing was flawless.
