We would not have the house we are in if it wasn’t for Connie and Jamie Johnson. At the time it is a very challenging market. The helped us navigate through the entire process. Calmed our nerves when they needed to be calmed. Encouraged us when we needed encouragement. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Truly the best.

We did our third 1031 exchange with Connie and would always use her if there is any future need. Her expertise, incredible spirit, attention to detail are extraordinary. She gives the utmost in service including little extras that she could easily leave to us to do. But not Connie - every detail is cared for and every possible way to help make it easier for us is implemented. We also had a limited time with Jamie and found her to be equally easy to communicate with and competent. They are a stellar team in every way.

Connie and Jamie went well beyond the scope of the job. They are very knowledgeable of the housing market, know every home that is listed, knew how to effectively organize a broker's tour and performed perfectly with the open house. They are very professional and light years ahead of most real estate agents. I would definitely employ them to sell real estate again.

Jamie was outstanding in facilitating the sale of my mother‘s home. It’s been a family home for 60 years and she took into consideration all the emotions that were involved. Connie was amazing to work with. We chose her because of her experience with the specific type of the property we were selling. It ended up being a mostly straight-forward transaction, however she was wonderful throughout the entire process. She gave advice when it was asked for, respected our wants and needs, was very communicative and went above and beyond to make herself available (including interrupting a family trip to Disneyland to send me documents!)
