If you are looking for an aggressive negotiator, my opinion is that Brendan will deliver. We were very happy with his negotiation skills. He seemed more interested in bringing us the right price for our home as opposed to just doing the minimum to get the deal done. I interviewed 6 listing agents and ended up choosing him.

Used Bartic to sell my home 3 years ago. Very poorly organized. Neither Brendan, nor anyone from his team, even showed up at closing! We had no idea until we arrived. Very poor organizational skills within this team.To make it all ‘better’ .. one of his team members called us recently, 3 years after THEY sold our house, asking if we are still interested in selling!! STAY AWAY FROM BARTIC ... sooooo many better realtors in the area.

Brendan listed and sold our home in Wash Park. We could not have been happier with Brendan's professionalism and expertise.
