I don't believe there are enough words in all languages combined that can describe Erica. She is a gem hidden in plain sight. I like to think of her as an angel from heaven.I was assigned as a personal representative for my fathers estate. The estate being in Colorado and me living in Arizona. From the start we hit it off. I when I explained to her the different locations and wanted to schedule time to meet in Colorado, she said she would come to my home here in AZ (she happens to cover both states). We (she, my wife, and I) met on a Saturday. She presented me with her research, including comparables, and got started working on selling the house.She made the process very easy. She is smart and understands her business well. She helped me through a difficult time and never once made me feel less than important.If you are thinking twice about working with her, my recommendation is don't think twice. Just go with her and you will NEVER LOSE!!!!I enjoyed my time working with her and wish I had more properties to sell so we could continue working together. She is absolutely the best.

Erica was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and dedicated during the process of searching for a home (even during the business of the holidays around Thanksgiving and Christmas)! Discussions were always clear and concise which very much facilitates navigating an important change. Unfortunately we weren't ready to proceed; however, I highly recommend the opportunity to work with her.

Erica is a true EXPERT!!!! She worked with us in 2015 to get our home listed and sold. It was a no brainer seeking her out seven years later when we relocated back to Colorado. Erica is very knowledgeable about the area she services and provides excellent guidance throughout the process. Erica makes purchasing a home as stress free as possible! We can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Erica. She helped us purchase a home in Arizona, then helped us sell our house in Colorado. We searched on line for a year in Arizona to find a home and Erica did numerous video walk throughs with us as we were still in Colorado. Since Erica lives and works in both Colorado and Arizona, it made the process easier, one person who knew what we had in Colorado and understood our needs in Arizona. We hadn't bought or sold a home for over 20 years so the process wasn't something we were comfortable with. Erica is very knowledgeable about the market, the process, and is a great communicator. Anytime we had questions, she was got back with us the same day. We can't imagine working with anyone else should we want to move again.

Erica was great in helping us sell our home in The Pinery. Her knowledge of what properties were selling for in the area along with her comparison of other properties was phenomenal. She listed our property for more than we expected to list for and helped us sell for much more than the list price. Erica's knowledge of the market at the time allowed us to sell in three days for an amazing price. Her explanations of how to handle the multiple offers we received was crucial in getting the price we did. Our recent listing was not typical. Moving aging parents from the Denver area cross-country into assisted living after decades in a house with their lifetime of accumulations put us through a Herculean series of logistical hoops over several months. The first time we met, Erica understood our situation immediately. She listened. More importantly, she heard. Over the ensuing months, she monitored the local market, checked on our progress, recommended solutions, foresaw and even stepped in front of obstacles, and, most importantly, educated us about the requirements of a remote closing so that we were able to manage every nuance. Because of her knowledge of the market, her immense comprehension of listing and closing protocol, her almost clairvoyant sense for which offers will stand and which buyers are hedging, and her regular candid communication, she listed my parents’ home a month earlier than planned and had a buyer after just a couple days on the market.
