Eddie was the ideal realtor. Eddie was always incredibly fast to respond to our questions, even during late evenings and weekends, and always available to talk further. He was extremely knowledgable of the home-buying process. As two novices to home-buying, Eddie helped us feel well-informed and supported throughout the entire process. He was able to schedule showings quickly and once we found the home we wanted we were in great hands negotiating the price and securing credits for repairs. What further distinguishes Eddie is his connections with various individuals to help out with repairs. Even after closing, Eddie continues to provide support in the home-owning process. We have since recommended Eddie to several others looking for homes without reservations. I’ve visited Tucson for years to see family and we finally decided to buy a home there. It was hard because we live in CA and couldn’t just stay there and keep looking at listings in person. Eddie and his team did a great job coordinating with our daughter once we found the right spot, on the right side of town, with a decent yard in the price range we needed. He even went the extra mile to get us new locks/keys when the old owner didn’t leave any. He was very patient and kind with me considering I was technically buying the house “sight unseen”. I finally made it out there last week and felt really good about the decision. It was a really good experience considering he was not referred to me by friends or family.

I highly recommend Eddie Watters! I tried for 7 months with another agency to sell my home very unsuccessfully. My family told me to look at Eddie and he went over everything with me and helped me to understand where the other agency was getting it wrong. If you are sitting stagnant with no viewings please give him a call. Or if you are considering selling start here first. Just trust him to give you an honest and realistic opinion and allow him to do what he does well. He sells his homes usually within the first couple weeks. Mine took 2 months but happened all during an uncertain election. Eddie will keep with you in the entire process and make sure you understand what is going on. He spends lots of money in advertising and more importantly understands the market and has a realistic approach to it all. He also has a great eye to help you figure out what needs to be done to make the home sell. I highly recommend him and think you should to if you want a very professional experience selling or buying a home here in Tucson. Thank you Eddie! Eddie surpassed all my expectations.. he took a listing that was languishing for 3 months, did everything I expected of him and more and lined up the contractors to do upgrading and helped with the furniture and decor and appliances. Had the listing sold in 24 hrs after it went on the MLS. I wish I could use his services everywhere I have my listings. He definitely went beyond and above his duties and more. He is a keeper for sure.
