Dylan did an amazing job helping me sell my brother’s home as part of an estate. Dylan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great resource for recommending services that were required to help prepare the home for sale. However, perhaps his greatest quality is that he is a closer and was able to pull all parts of the transaction together quickly and efficiently to ensure a very successful outcome. I have personally been involved in four real estate deals throughout my lifetime and my only regret is that I didn’t meet Dylan until the most recent one. It was phenomenal having him on my team.

We recently had to move out of Mechanicsburg, PA for career reasons, and selling our home from a distance was incredibly stressful at first. Our first realtor did almost no marketing, and we sat on the market for six months while similar homes in our neighborhood were getting sold quickly. We felt stuck and disappointed.After that contract ended, a colleague said to me, "Call Dylan. I can vouch for him. he gets the job done. He's the top agent in Central PA." Dylan came highly recommended, so we interviewed him as a potential agent. At first, we weren’t sure if he was a realtor or a rockstar. Turns out, he is both. He told us from the beginning that he was different from the rest, but that he could make a deal happen for us. We signed the listing agreement and the rest all fell into place. We appreciated his quick responses, keeping us informed at every step, staying positive, keeping us motivated and ultimately getting the deal done as confidently promised. We recently made a few upgrades to this home and as always contacted Dylan to sell. Furthermore after pictures which were absolutely amazing came back we put this beautiful home on the market. Multiple showings piled up which was very amazing for us. Within 24 hours Dylan was calling us with multiple offers. We had to make the best choice and Dylan brought us a offer of a lifetime, which closed in 12 days after signing the contract. His communication was perfect through out the deal. We got what we wanted. I highly recommend Dylan both on the buy and sell side!!!!

I purchased a home from Dylan in July 2024. A nice renovated house. During the closing Dylan was loud, disrespectful to the surrounding parties, having loud conversations. After closing with him and he let seller sign the sellers disclosure saying it was new. The furnace failed 3 months after moving in. Contacted Dylan through my realtor he said he would contact the seller. Never got a word. Thousands of dollars later and 2 months on hold with out a furnace I was able to get a new one installed. The furnace In the house looked newer but upon inspection of it being disassembled the owner and Dylan signed off on a new unit that was not new. It just had a new coil. Once trying to contact Dylan one more time to try to get some help. He says “I’m signing off and enjoying my weekend. I need to walk away from this” and just blows my situation off. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Selling homes is not a RAP game ITS REAL LIFE AND PEOPLE’s LIVES.

Dylan is the BEST in the business. His experience, expertise, hardworking/go getting attitude, and just overall joy in life makes working with him breezy and fun! Selling a home in any market can be challenging, but Dylan provided excellent communication and walked us through each step of the process.
