Doug West is an outstanding realtor, who came highly recommended to us. We are extremely grateful to have worked with him. He helped us sell our beloved home in Carlsbad within a few days of listing and showing. His advice on how to prep our house for the photo shoot was valuable. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and reliable. We had a tons of questions and concerns and he answered/addressed them all with patience and respect. He supported us throughout the whole process of selling our house, handled all paperwork smoothly and guided us through tricky negotiations with the buyers. His calm demeanor, even when faced with unsettling challenges thrown towards the end of closing, helped ease all our worries. He was there every step of the way, and was present on our moving day, going above and beyond his duties. He even helped us get rid of items that the movers couldn’t fit in the trucks, like planters and cinder blocks! He’s an amazing human being and we appreciated everything he did for our family!
